Oct 30, 2023

Entrepreneurship

You are to assume the role of the owner of Fresh Look Mobile, a business that provides mobile hair-cutting services. Your business partner thinks it would be smart to expand the product mix and has asked you for on brand suggestions.

Fresh Look Mobile is located in a city of 200,000 people. Fresh Look Mobile employees travel to customer residences or workplaces to provide professional haircuts. The Fresh Look Mobile employee team travel with their own hair cutting scissors, blow-dryer, and styling products and tools. Appointments are 45-minutes in length and range in price from $50.00 for a simple trim to $100.00 for a full cut and style.

The business has been extremely successful, and appointments have been booked for months. Customers love the convenience of not having to leave home or work to have this service provided.

Your business partner thinks it is important to offer a new product or service now rather than wait until demand decreases. Your business partner has asked you to identify a new product or service that Fresh Look Mobile can offer customers that will fit with the brand yet not raise overhead or operating expenses too much.

You will describe a new product or service the company can offer to your business partner. You will describe how your suggestion will build the brand and any overhead or operating expenses that will be added.
