Summer Success Guide
While we may only be kicking off the year right now, it’s important to look to the future and see what you can do to have a successful summer with your DECA chapter. Connecting with your leadership team is one of the most important things you can do over summer break. This allows you time before the year starts to develop a program of leadership and work toward the successes you want to see in your chapter for the upcoming year.
As you and your chapter prepare to experience the difference this year, remember to be open to change, whether it’s a change of perspective or insight from another member. While it can be scary sometimes, change can lead to many amazing opportunities throughout the year. There is so much more to experience in the Chapter Leadership Guide, so be sure to check it out!
