Congratulations to the winning teams in the Ethical Leadership Challenge for 2023-2024!
Hosted by DECA, in partnership with MBA Research and with support from the Daniels Fund Ethics Initiative High School Program, members were challenged to develop a 60-second or less public service announcement (PSA) video describing the nature of ethics.

2. Open the Door to Integrity by Kaushik Appalanani, Ram Charan Petluri, Ved Modak and Bhargava Gadagottu from Cox Mill High School, NC - $1,500
3. In the Game of Respect, Everyone Wins! by Christian Santana and Peter Ivanov from MacArthur High School, TX - $1,000
4. Integrity: One Purse, Two Homeless Men by Bhuvana Lingineni, Radhika Singh, Harshal Dhaduk and Pranav Subramanian from Rouse High School, TX - $750
5. Rise for Respect #Rise4Respect by Sanjana Tamma, Siya Panara, Avani Patel and Harini Alluri from Mallard Creek High School, NC - $250
The top three teams will be recognized on stage during DECA’s International Career Development Conference in Anaheim, CA.
