DECA ICDC 2025 Attraction Ticket Options

As your DECA chapter heads to Orlando for DECA’s International Career Development Conference, we’re here to make your experience as easy as possible! DECA is coordinating a package of attraction ticket offerings with these benefits:

Purchase and pick up your tickets to multiple parks in one transaction
Take advantage of significant savings from gate prices, including tax exemption with ease
Pay DECA directly as your one vendor
Get access to exclusive tickets not available to the general public or available at the gate
With reservations required at Walt Disney World parks, DECA has booked a significant number of tickets in advance.

DECA has worked with our attractions partners to maximize quantities; however, some tickets with reservations may be limited. Chapters are encouraged to purchase their tickets as soon as possible following their association conference.

Chapter advisors will see the option in the DECA Online Membership System to purchase ICDC Attraction Tickets only once their association conference begins.

The deadline to pre-order tickets, if still available, is March 27 at 4:00 p.m. ET. Any remaining tickets will be available on-site while quantities remain. Payment must be received at DECA by April 15.

Tickets must be picked up at the Orange County Convention Center. DECA will provide a complimentary shuttle for chapter advisors in outlying hotels on Friday and Saturday for ticket pick up.

UNIVERSAL ORLANDO RESORT

1 Day Park-to-Park

A park-to-park ticket allows guests to hop between Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure as much as they want in one day.

Please note: this ticket does not provide access to DECA Night on Monday, April 28. If you enter Universal Studios Florida or Islands of Adventure on Monday, April 28 with this ticket, you must exit the parks at 7:00 p.m., unless you also purchase the DECA Night ticket.

3 Day Park-to-Park

A park-to-park ticket allows guests to hop between Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure as much as they want each of the days they visit. Tickets expire 7 days after the first day of use, and they do not have to be used in consecutive days.

DECA Night at Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure

Monday, April 28 | 5:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.

New for 2025: Enter either Universal Studios Florida or Islands of Adventure starting at 5:00 p.m., and both parks will close to the public at 7:00 p.m. giving DECA exclusive access to both parks earlier than ever before!

Entertainment. Dining. Transportation. Let us take care of it all! This special ticket gives DECA members access to either park during as early as 5 p.m. The parks will close to the public at 7 p.m., and DECA members will have private access until 11:00 p.m. Many of your favorite attractions will be open, as well as dining and retail operations. A DJ will play your favorite songs and there will be opportunities for character meet and greets.

This cost includes DECA transportation, which must be used as this is a special event, and a $25 voucher for food or gift items. Ticket valid only during the date and time noted.

Please note: If you wish to enter the parks earlier than 5 p.m. on Monday, you must also purchase one of the other tickets (1 Day Park-to-Park or 3 Day Park-to-Park) and it will use that day from your ticket. Non-refundable.

This event requires at least one (1) chaperone from the chapter to accompany the student group.

Shuttles will depart your hotel beginning at 4:45 p.m. on a continuous shuttle basis until 7:00 p.m. Shuttles will begin departing the theme park at 9:00 p.m. on a continuous shuttle basis until 11:30 p.m.

Note: All Universal Studies orders must be purchased in conjunction with Park-to-Park admission tickets. You will purchase the Park-to-Park admission tickets through DECA, but order the Universal Studies program through Universal Orlando Resort.

WALT DISNEY WORLD RESORT

You must purchase the ticket by park, by day and by ticket type. Unfortunately, because of the park reservation requirement, changes cannot be made and these tickets are non-refundable.

‍Admission to one Walt Disney World® Theme Park after 1:00 p.m. for one day.

1-Day Magic Your Way Park Hopper® Ticket

With the Park Hopper® experience, guests must select the first park they plan to visit AND enter that first park prior to visiting another. After entering that first park, guests will be able to visit the next park starting no later than 2 p.m. until each park’s regularly scheduled closure. At this time a park reservation is not required after the first park, but is subject to the park’s capacity limitations.

SATURDAY TRANSPORTATION

$20 per person, roundtrip to either Disney Transportation and Ticket Center or Universal Orlando on Saturday, April 26.

Shuttles will depart your designated pick-up location (hotel or convention center) beginning at 8:00 a.m. on a continuous shuttle basis until 11:00 a.m. Shuttles will begin departing the theme park at 2:00 p.m. on a continuous shuttle basis until 5:00 p.m.

Transportation is not provided, except for the DECA NIGHT AT UNIVERSAL STUDIOS FLORIDA on Monday, April 28. DECA will sell optional transportation wristbands for use on Saturday, April 26 only. The transportation wristbands will be good for one round trip to one location (Disney’s Transportation Center or Universal Orlando Resort) and will be color-coded.
