On-Site Information 📍
Registration
You’ll register with your chartered association advisor at your hotel. There’s no need to register at the Georgia World Convention Center.
However, DECA attraction tickets will be available for pickup in B403, and the Shop DECA Store will be open at the B Registration Hall of the Georgia World Congress Center. See the complete Shop DECA Store hours of operation for ICDC in the conference program.
Grand Opening Session
DECA's Grand Opening Session kicks off #DECAICDC with the excitement and anticipation of the competition and leadership development that awaits our emerging leaders and entrepreneurs.
The Grand Opening Session, led by your 2025-26 Executive Officer Team, will feature the annual parade of chartered associations, recognition of the top 10 chapters, recognition of the top three MDA fundraising chapters, a compelling message and energizing entertainment. All guests will be subject to security screening prior to entry inside Mercedes-Benz Stadium, along with inspection of all approved clear bags and carry-in items. Check out this guide to the stadium for more information.
Conference Transportation
DECA will provide 17 transportation routes for easy and convenient connections between the hotels and the Georgia World Congress Center and additional pre-purchased transportation for attractions. Know your route number and color to help you navigate your way.
Food Options
The Georgia World Congress Center and Mercedes-Benz Stadium offer a variety of menu options for attendees. The full list of concession options can be found here. Please note that the GWCC and MBS are cashless.

Attraction Tickets
Most attraction tickets are sold out. All pre-order attraction tickets can be picked up in B403 during the following hours:
- Saturday, April 25 | 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Sunday, April 26 | 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Monday, April 27 | 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
DECA Quest
When not competing or participating in academies, make the most of your #DECAICDC experience with DECA Quest! Complete challenges in the digital scavenger hunt for your chance to earn prizes.
The game will open on Saturday, April 25, at 8:00 AM and continue through the Grand Awards Session on Tuesday, April 28.

Meet Exhibitors
Over 85 exhibitors are attending this year’s #DECAICDC! There is so much to learn and explore, from associations and universities to employment opportunities and fundraisers.
The exhibit hall will be open on Sunday, April 26, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM and Monday, April 27, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Advisors are invited to a special advisors-only hour at 8:00 AM on Sunday.
