As the summer ends and the new DECA season begins, there are plenty of ways for you and your fellow members to engage with your Executive Officer team. One of these is the One DECA, President’s Council and Regional Call series, which provides an extraordinary community of fellow members with meaningful lessons in a virtual setting throughout the school year.
As part of the Executive Officer team’s 2024-2025 Program of Leadership, we plan to reshape how our call series is run, making our calls more accessible to members regardless of experience.
What is the One DECA Call Series?
The One DECA series is a monthly virtual meeting open to any member, regardless of experience, to meet and engage with fellow members and officers. Members will hear from the High School Executive Officer team on various topics and receive information on upcoming events and conferences.
What is the Regional Call Series?
The Regional Call Series is hosted by each region’s respective Executive Officer. These calls will be held quarterly to provide region-specific information and allow members to network with students from their region. Regardless of experience, any member is invited to join these calls hosted throughout the year.
What is the President’s Council Call Series?
The President’s Council Call Series is hosted by the High School Division President specifically for the Chartered Association President. These calls will focus on the progress of each Association’s Program of Leadership and provide opportunities to share success stories among fellow members.
During the 2024-2025 school year, the One DECA call series and President’s Council will be hosted each month, whereas the Regional Call series will shift to a quarterly system. We encourage you to Be The One and engage online with us this year. We hope to see you there!
