DECA is excited to kick off another year of partnership with Encourage® - a free, easy-to-use college and career planning program designed to help your DECA members explore life after high school.

Through the Encourage app, DECA members get:
- Personalized college and scholarship matches
- Career and major recommendations after a 2-minute quiz
- Step-by-step guidance and resources
Advisors can also receive insights into your students’ goals and interests, along with access to free resources, such as lesson plans, to guide them.
You’ll also gain valuable data to demonstrate the impact of your program and support advocacy efforts.
Getting started is easy! This fall, look out for a package of planning forms arriving at your school. Students simply complete a short form, and educators fill out a quick questionnaire to share feedback with DECA.
