Collegiate DECA members are invited to participate in the second round of the Collegiate DECA Stock Market Game beginning on February 3, 2025.
Participants in the Collegiate DECA Stock Market Game, provided by the SIFMA Foundation, develop and manage a virtual investment portfolio. The Collegiate DECA Stock Market Game is conducted online and challenges teams of Collegiate DECA members to test their investment acumen against each other. The goal of the competition is to increase the value of the beginning portfolio, while maintaining a diversified mix of stocks, bonds and mutual funds.
The event is open to all Collegiate DECA members, giving them an opportunity to compete virtually against Collegiate DECA members all across the United States and Canada. The top ten teams will be recognized by Collegiate DECA for their accomplishments.
Competition Timeline
- Competition Begins: February 3 at 9:30 a.m. ET
- Student Name Submission: February 23 at 4 p.m. ET
- Diversification Deadline: March 1 at 4 p.m ET
- Competition Ends: April 11 at 4 p.m. ET
- Portfolio Deletion: May 13
