Congratulations to the newly-elected 2021-2022 Collegiate DECA Executive Officer Team! The team is excited to represent DECA members around the globe as they begin work on their goals and objectives for the year ahead.
PRESIDENT
Zac Spohn
Zac Spohn has been a DECA member for six years, dating back to his time in high school. He currently attends Minnesota State University–Moorhead where he studies marketing and political science. Zac expects to graduate in May 2022. His leadership experience in DECA is extensive. He has served in chapter leadership positions and association leadership positions alike. Most recently, he served as President of Minnesota Collegiate DECA while serving as his chapter's president as well. As an executive officer, Zac's goals are to connect members internationally, empower members to be the best versions of themselves and build engagement in our organization to an extent never seen before. In his free time, Zac owns and operates his own 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, serves in student government and enjoys watching his favorite professional Minnesota sports teams.

Jake Bohannon
Jake Bohannon is a native of De Kalb, Mississippi. His Collegiate DECA journey started at Mississippi State University–Meridian during the 2019 spring semester. He did not plan on joining any organization at school; he just wanted to graduate and move on. Then, he met Dr. Stacey McNeil, the lead advisor at Mississippi State University and she convinced Jake to join Collegiate DECA. Collegiate DECA allowed Jake to grow in his leadership role at Mississippi State and travel to different educational conferences. Jake went on to serve as the chapter president at Mississippi State University. Jake currently resides as the President of the Mississippi Collegiate DECA Association. Jake is a graduate of Mississippi State University–Meridian and is now pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree.

Sarah Cramer
Sarah Cramer is in her third year as an active Collegiate DECA member. This past year, she served as Full Sail University's student body president and is a current business owner for An Ocean Above Records. She recently graduated with her undergraduate degree in music business and is now pursuing her master's degree in digital marketing at Full Sail University. In her free time, Sarah enjoys snowboarding, traveling and finding the next generation of musical superstars around the globe. This year, she wants to lead Collegiate DECA to enhance the future workforce by creating better leadership, brand awareness and communication skills.

Davis Jean-Noel
Davis Jean-Noel is a four-year DECA member currently studying marketing with a specialization in digital media and marketing analytics at Johnson & Wales University of Providence. He started his journey with DECA as a freshman at Mount Olive High School where he became a positive influence for his chapter as well as a strong competitor. Through Collegiate DECA, Davis discovered his passion for marketing and leadership; quickly becoming more devoted to supporting his fellow students and community. After a year of competing in Collegiate DECA, he was elected his chapter’s Vice President of Marketing & Communications where he built up his chapter’s brand presence on campus with vast skills in social media marketing and creative advertising. Soon after, for two years, Davis spearheaded the marketing for his association’s conference and finished strong by becoming Chapter President his junior year. Since holding that position, Davis has aimed to express how Collegiate DECA is such a fantastic platform to help members build their own brand and career.

Tyler Jeppsen
Tyler Jeppsen is a driven, five-year DECA member from Salt Lake City, Utah. Tyler currently serves as Utah Collegiate DECA’s Vice President of Communication. This year, he has facilitated four virtual conferences and numerous events for both high school and collegiate members to participate in. Through his efforts, he was able to create an inclusive experience for all DECA members. Throughout his experience in high school DECA, he found a passion for marketing. He plans to further this passion by pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Utah. Tyler has enjoyed DECA’s Competitive Events Program by earning multiple competitive titles. Throughout his time in DECA, he has served as Salt Lake Community College’s Vice President of Communication and Chapter President. Tyler is passionate about leadership and professional development and he can’t wait to bring it to the next level!
