Collegiate DECA is excited to welcome Jessica Villegas as the 2025 ENGAGE keynote speaker.
Jessica Villegas is the founder of Hi-Lite Youth Programs, a national organization helping teens and young adults build the confidence, clarity, and life skills needed to lead with purpose.
A certified career and life coach with 20+ years of experience in leadership and personal development, Jessica has coached hundreds of students and spoken at conferences across the country.
She’s known for her high-energy keynotes, real-world advice, and her ability to meet students where they are - helping them figure out who they are, where they’re going, and how to get there.
“I believe we all have the power to control the direction of our lives and can reinvent our legacies with the right systems in place and the right coach by our side," Jessica shared. "My vision is to give every young person access to this resource which can provide them with the opportunity to live a life of purpose, direction, and feeling of success - as these are the fundamental ingredients to happiness. The experience of coaching has helped me tremendously and I watch it continue to help our clients everyday.”
As a UCF alum and entrepreneur who turned her own adversity into impact, she’s passionate about helping the next generation rise as confident leaders in business, school, and life.
