You’ve made it! It’s ICDC 2026 time in Atlanta, Georgia. The choices you have to GO THE EXTRA in Atlanta are limitless. Here are seven ways to make the most of your time in ICDC.
1. Georgia Aquarium
Have you ever wanted to see a whale shark up close? Then the Georgia Aquarium is for you. Watch as manta rays soar above you, and see dolphins put on a show almost as grand as the opening ceremonies. Plus, DECA members can gain an exclusive ticket perk to access both the Georgia Aquarium and the World of Coca-Cola for one price with DECA Night at Pemberton Place.
2. World of Coca-Cola
Are you team Diet Coke, Coke Zero or original Coke? Personally, I’m team Diet Coke. Not sure which team you are on? Then stop by the World of Coca-Cola. This is your chance to immerse yourself in Coca-Cola history fully. Find out how Coca-Cola has become the world's largest soft drink company, and what’s to come next. Plus, save some room for some special international products like Sprite Cucumber from Romania.
3. College Football Hall of Fame
If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to be in the middle of a college football game, the College Football Hall of Fame is for you. With a virtual reality exhibit, you can be one of the elite on the field during game day. Once you’re done there, check out the helmet wall, where you can see over 700 college football helmets from around the country. Plus, members attending DECA night on Monday night have access to a Chick-fil-A buffet included with admission!
4. Centennial Olympic Parks
While the 2026 Olympics may be over, we’re just two years from LA 2028! Revisit the last time the Summer Olympics were held in the United States. Centennial Park features open green spaces, picnic areas and, of course, the famous Olympic rings. While you may not be able to bring home a gold medal, you can bring home the best pin collection.
5. Sky View Atlanta
Looking for the perfect Insta spot? The Sky View Ferris wheel is the place for you. This 20-story-tall Ferris wheel boasts panoramic views throughout the city. Pro tip: ride the Ferris wheel at night for a unique perspective of the city.
6. Zoo Atlanta
Feeling a bit exotic and wanting to see elephants feet away from you? Then check out Zoo Atlanta. Personally, I have been to so many different zoos around the world, and Zoo Atlanta has to be my favorite. Not only can you eat next to an elephant, but you can also escape the hustle and bustle of the city and be transported to continents far away.
7. Atlanta Beltline
Do you love Atlanta's vibrant culture and want to explore more? Then you can’t miss the Atlanta Beltline. This repurposed train line is now a free trail surrounding the city, where you can admire murals while taking in the skyline.
The hard work on qualifying for ICDC is done. You’ve earned this experience, now make the most of it.
