"WRLC was beneficial to me as it helped me prepare for the transition back to an in-person format while still embracing some virtual elements. For example, one workshop provided us with valuable information about speaking and presenting in person, while, a workshop presented by WRVP, Marisol Tanguma, provided us with ways to captivate members in a virtual format."

"I would 100% recommend attending WRLC to other members! I think it’s an amazing opportunity to network with members in chapters around you. When you start something you begin to gain momentum, and knowing what your tomorrow will look like will help you maximize that momentum."
What was your biggest takeaway from the conference?

"WRLC taught me many things, but one of my greatest takeaways from the conference is how to be a better leader and elevate chapter success. Whether it’s through better recruitment, better recognition or better realignment with chapter values, being able to maximize your momentum as a leader is a never-ending process. Through networking and workshops, I was able to learn what other chapters have been doing to boost chapter success in competition and membership, which will be applied to my chapter as well. WRLC was an extremely valuable experience that equipped me and my fellow officers to lead our chapter with increased success."
