Voting is now open for the DECA Ethical Leadership Challenge!
Hosted in partnership with MBA Research and with support from the Daniels Fund Ethics Initiative High School Program, the challenge tasked teams to develop a 3-5 minute public service announcement (PSA) video describing one of the following ethical principles: fairness, rule of law or transparency. The PSA should be designed to educate those within and outside of the local community through social media on the importance of ethics. Participants can be as creative as they like in creating and producing their PSAs.
Share and vote for your favorite submission from December 2 to December 16, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. ET.
The top 10 PSAs will then be evaluated against the criteria to determine the top five winners. The top five teams will be announced in January 2025, and will earn cash prizes of up to $2,500. The top three teams will be recognized on stage during DECA’s International Career Development Conference in Orlando, FL.*
*Eligibility to attend DECA’s ICDC is determined by the chartered association advisor based on their rules and regulations. Finalists should consult with their chartered association advisor for eligibility guidelines and gain approval from their chapter advisor to attend the conference.
