Samer Youssouf is the Collegiate DECA Vice President for 2024-2025. Samer has been a DECA member since 2016, currently studying Computer Science at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Despite an interest in technology and cybersecurity, Samer sought to improve himself professionally and socially as DECA was his first-ever student-led organization. He loves showing his passion and high energy to those around him, aiming to share his experiences so other students can learn and grow together, as seeing others succeed brings him joy. Samer was the VP of Technology in his Collegiate chapter for two years. Samer has attended multiple high school and Collegiate DECA conferences, networking and collaborating with DECA members in the high school and college divisions. Outside of DECA, Samer has been a co-founder of The Cyber Clinic since 2021. This student-led organization strives to help small businesses with their cybersecurity posture and train the future cybersecurity professionals of tomorrow.
